Your project is carried out following a simple procedure in 5 steps.
1. Contact and request for quotation
You contact me by e-mail or telephone and you send me your text(s) by e-mail or mail and indicate when you would like the translation to be delivered to you.
2. Quotation
The price of your translation project depends on several criteria: its volume (number of lines, 1 line is equal to 55 characters), the level of complexity, the delivery date, the original text format (electronic file vs. paper), the need to certify the translation or not, and special wishes (e.g. compliance with a specific terminology or corporate word list).
I normally send the quotation within 24 hours by e-mail.
3. Order confirmation
If you approve the estimate, you only need to confirm the order by e-mail within 48 hours with the terms and conditions set out.
4. Translation
I translate your project's texts under the conditions agreed.
5. Delivery and payment
I send you the translation(s) and the invoice by e-mail or mail by the given deadline and in the agreed form.
The invoice should be paid within 10 days.
